Notes
Probably the finest known example of this rare coin. The gesture being made by the ruler wearing a Sassanian crown is extremely interesting. Pointing one's forefinger to the sky was the traditional way of recognizing God's Uniqueness and was a gesture particularly required of new converts to Islam.
